The beauty and versatility of wood has always spoken to me and spurred on my creativity. I make wooden vessels that honor the diversity of the forest using native hardwoods. Each vessel is made of individual wooden segments joined together to form rings which are then stacked to create unique designs. I then turn and fine finish each vessel on a lathe. Each one-of-a-kind creation can have up to a thousand individual pieces of wood. Every distinctive design is my own and celebrates my love of working with wood.
